INDOOR SPACE
Two rooms inside the winery will be available during our Holiday Market. Our main banquet room and our historic fireplace room. Indoor vendor table spaces are available for $95 per table. Tables are 6 ft. in length and include electricity. Request for electric must be indicated when you register.
If you need a larger footprint, you can double your table request for a discount off of the cost of two tables.
However, if your setup requires more space, you may want to consider setting up outside with a 10' X 10' Pop Up Tent. All pop up tents, tables and outdoor setup is the responsibility of the individual applicant.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Outdoor vendor spaces are available for $125 and include a 10' X 10' space. All outdoor vendors are required to bring their own 10' X 10' pop up tent and any tables or chairs you use in your normaly setup. Electricity is available if indicated on your application.
There are open firepits next to the pavilion and we will have the Bengals vs Titans game on under the pavilion. We will also have hot beverages like cider and cocoa along with a few food vendors. If you need a larger footprint for your setup you can request a double outdoor booth space.
NOTE: We are limiting the number of vendors with similar products and items. We are seeking unique vendors and items that you don't see everywhere. Our selection committee reviews websites, social media channels and pictures of your products and previous booth displays. These visuals help in the review process. If you do not have a website or social media channels, please do not apply.
